charming retreat, lovely stay

warm welcomefriendly staffpeaceful gardennon-alcoholic options
The receptionist, yasmin, provided a warm welcome. the staff created a friendly atmosphere without being intrusive. They were attentive when needed but allowed space for independent exploration. i enjoyed a peaceful walk through the well-kept gardens, a real treat.
i found the lack of readily available non-alcoholic options at the start of events to be a small oversight. perhaps offering a wider selection alongside alcoholic beverages could enhance the experience for all guests.
Facilities
9/10
the grounds featured a beautiful fountain and provided ample space for leisurely walks. the well-kept kitchen garden allows guests to view homegrown produce (i found that really neat!). the overall setting was serene and picturesque.
Dining
10/10
the restaurant offered an excellent range of vegetarian and vegan options, a pleasant surprise. the food was delicious, and the portions were generous (i even tried a bit of homemade yogurt!). the staff accommodated dietary needs with care.
Service
9/10
the front desk staff were particularly helpful, quickly addressing requests with minimal fuss. every staff member was cheerful and happy to help, (their perfect manners really stood out!). their attentiveness.

The executive room was very spacious and clean. i especially enjoyed the handy little fridge. It kept my drinks perfectly chilled. the availability of gluten and wheat free options was a very pleasant surprise. the food was delicious!!!
the deep bath with shower over presented a significant hazard. the provided slip mat failed to adhere properly, causing me to slip. this is a safety issue that requires attention.
Service

the reception staff swiftly addressed my request for a room with a walk-in shower, a task accomplished efficiently and without unnecessary hassle. their helpful and friendly demeanor contributed positively to my overall experience .

faulty air conditioningslow internet
the air conditioning in the "beautiful room" was basically ornamental. It blew air, alright, but it didn't cool much. i reported it to the front desk, but, alas, no arctic blast ever materialized. also, the promised high-speed internet seemed more like dial-up from the early 2000s. Streaming a movie was an exercise in frustration, what I don't want to see on my holiday.
